My Son is being abused, exploited, alienated, and taught to hate me. His mother kept my Son from me for the first 3 years of his life and has once again been keeping him from me for the last 3 years of his life. During all of these years, I have driven a 300 mile round trip drive to be there at each of my allotted court ordered visit times and for his Little League practice and games, school functions, Wednesday visits, and other times all of which I am mostly denied visits. Ive had the police called on me for talking to her other child, for being at his games, for being at her door at the time of visits, Ive had phone harassment charges placed on me numerous times for attempting to speak with my Son, Ive had kidnapping charges placed on me on Fathers Day. Sarah has cussed me out, the police out, she has denied access to visit or speak with or have any type of normal relationship with my Son all of his life. I have taken Sarah to court on 4 separate occasions throughout the years in order to try and have the court enforce my court ordered visitation. The courts have warned her in the past, If she continues to keep my Son from me, they will lock her up, however, to this point they have refused any form of enforcement. I have spent over $83,500.00, just to try and be a part of my Sons life. I would have much preferred to buy my Son his first car with that money, or enroll him in college, or just live a normal life with a happy Father/Son relationship. There has never been a reason for my Son to be kept from me. She is teaching my Son to hate me and completely destroying his self value and causing extreme mental and social to him. Parental Alienation is Child abuse, my Son is extremely damaged already and I will not sit idly by as she continues to inflict insurmountable harm to my child. This coming Monday, September 29, 2014 my case is set for trial for what is labeled The Final Order and a Motion to Enforce Visitation. I need supporters present to show the court that this abuse is unacceptable and to take a final stand against Parental Alienation. Please come and support my fight to be a part of my Sons life.
