My Stitch Fix review What I was after: Outfit to wear in Fall - TopicsExpress

My Stitch Fix review What I was after: Outfit to wear in Fall family photos. Something flattering for some post-baby weight, but not too baggy. I asked them to help me avoid the temptation to dress like a tent and specifically asked for fitted items. At the time I signed up, getting out to shop was pretty hard and I didn’t have many things I liked that fit. Now, Evelyn loves mall cruising and we’ve been going often to stroll when the weather is bad. If I was still stuck at home, this would have been great, because I’d have my outfit ready for family photos without having to leave the house. The good: It was fun having a box arrive with surprise clothes inside. I would wear everything they sent. If it was half the price, I’d keep it all. Putting together a pinterest board and filling out the style profile, inspired me to put some outfits together on my own. The bad: I don’t love anything enough to pay full price. Everything is the loose-fitted look I was trying to avoid. I’m keeping one top, because I already paid the styling fee. If you still want to try it, despite my uninspiring review, here is my link https://stitchfix/referral/4117146 What I really have enjoyed for at-home shopping, is Threadup thredup/r/JESAL2 It’s used clothing, but everything has been in great shape. I’ll pretend I buy used to be environmentally responsible, but I really just love the deals. Instead of StichFix, I ended up using Threadup and Nordstrom Rack to put together an outfit for photos.
