My Thoughts: As you might all be aware, I am a passionate supporter of the Gold Coast Titans. Yes, Ash did play for them, perhaps thats why. He now is retired but I will still support them for as long as I am alive. Now ... Over the past week, two very genuine guys have been bullied into resigning because of continual bagging and disgraceful character degrading by people that seem to be hell bent on an agenda. These people, of course, most probably are not even members or even attend home games. The media hasnt helped either ( to a degree). How do people honestly believe it is the coaches fault when the team suffers a high injury rate. Players having to play out of their usual positions etc. They say the buck stops at the top .. Well, NO IT DOESNT! The players have to take responsibility! Ive always believed that. These guys are professional football players. They train day in and day out. They SHOULD know how to tackle and defend their line! The coach is not out on the field .. He has a game plan and if the players have a brain, they should know how to adapt this plan when they are out there! I am so angry to think that the coach and Searly had to resign because there are people out there that I class as downright bullies! I might just have to make a placard saying SACK THE BULLIES NOT THE BOSSES! Grrrrrrrrrrrrr
