My Thoughts on Taking Back our Beloved Nation with the help of our military to operate our Government for a period of six months until they complete a proper investigation of the current criminal activities! During this six month period New Elections must be organized and held within the states in conformity to our Constitution, and with ground rules as per Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In doing this establish that we are a Christian Nation founded on Christian Values with liberty and justice for all! ESTABLISH THE GRAND ARMY OF THE REPUBLIC! Reverse all forced retirements (removals) within our military that have occurred under this Illegal President Barrack Hussein Obama! Discharge all members of the United States Military who are NOT United States Citizens with NO exceptions! Call to Active Duty, ALL of our National Guard! Restore our Constitution and the Republic of the United States of America in conformity with the Original Plan! Remove all Amendments back to the 13th. Amendment! In 1801, the Sixth Congress, 2nd Session, Chapter 15, An Act Concerning the District of Columbia (a) also known as The Act of 1801, was passed accepting land ceded by the state of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia to permanently form the seat of the government for the United States. Yet, in 1871, the Forty-First Congress, Session III, Chapter 62, passed “The Act of 1871 forming a corporation [in the District of Columbia] called THE UNITED STATES. The corporation, OWNED by foreign interests, moved in and shoved the original Constitution into a dustbin.“ The Act of 1871 appears to have changed everything our Founding Fathers fought for. This is what people are talking about when they refer to the ‘organic’ constitution and the current, corporate constitution…the two Constitutions. They dont represent the Constitutional Republic or the interests of the American People but rather, a foreign owned principle, i.e. the international banking/military corporate cartel of London City, England, known as Crown Corporation as their supreme authority. This has been openly admitted and exposed through Supreme Court cases since and even before 1938!) The Act of 1871 was passed at a vulnerable time in America, in the aftermath of the Civil War. The Civil War itself was nothing more than a calculated “front”. It was a strategic maneuver by European interests (the international bankers) who were intent upon gaining a stranglehold on the neck (and the coffers) of America. Declare this Act Null and Void and without effect! Step One – Arrest, Charge with suspected treason and Remove ALL FEDERAL OFFICIALS (Elected and Appointed), and place them in one of the 800 FEMA Camps, already prepared with meals in place, until they are cleared of any wrong doing while holding their position(s)! Place Military in Charge of their respective offices to begin an investigation and operate the function until this investigation of their activities is complete! All persons found innocent of any wrong doing to be re-instated or re-elected with full pay retroactive! Prosecute to the fullest ALL PARTIES GUILTY OF WRONG DOING and pay them nothing! Call for a meeting of all Governors of every state! Explain the plan and how it will affect them. Return all power to the state governments that are not a Federal Function as outlined in our Constitution! Establish a “Game Plan” with the local governments to allow for an orderly transition of this Activity. Return ALL LAND to these states that is currently held by the Federal Government except for those properties that conform to Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution, the “Enclave Clause” i.e., for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings,”! Currently, In our Nation, The Federal Government hold 1/3 of our land! This is NOT a Federal function! This is in violation of the law and the Constitution, specifically Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution. Disband EVERY Federal Agency that is not called for in our Constitution! The public sector has many jobs that are critical to the working of our nation and communities for a peaceful existence. These jobs include fire departments, law enforcement, military, people who work in the judicial system, public parks and recreation, street lighting, and many other small collateral services. These are all basically State Functions! The only need for Federal involvement is in Protecting and defending our Nation militarily, Control of our National borders and Inter-State and Intra-State activities in the area of coordinating Crime detections that cross the state lines and coordination of financial activities! Enforce our Borders and our Laws! Deport EVERY ILLEGAL ALIEN, they are CRIMINALS within our Borders! The National Guard can be used to Deliver them to the border where they entered and leave them there! Revoke all citizenships that were not earned as outlined in original design of the Constitution! This includes, but is not limited to, all children who do not have at least One U. S. Citizen parent confirmed by DNA testing! Discontinue immediately the granting of Citizenship to anyone who does not conform to this requirement! No more citizenship because a child happens to be born in the United States! Until a proper SECURE FENCE is completed, place National Guard Members at the Border to supplement the Border Patrol (s) that currently exist!
