My Top Five Tips for Fat Loss: These are the tips Ive used over the years. Hopefully this may help some of you guys as well =) 1.Drink at least a gallon of water a day. Youll need plenty of fluids to get rid of toxins and to accelerate your metabolism. 2. Try walking on a fasted state (empty stomach) every morning for at least 15-30 minutes. There s been research that low intense cardio on an empty stomach in the mornings help reduce body fat. Its definitely been a help to me these past few years. 3. Do compound movements for weight lifting and rest no more than a minute in between reps. Id recommend picking weights that will help you do 8-12 reps for 3 to 4 sets. 4. Try avoiding fruits and dairy. Though both are known to be good for you, during a cut phase theyre actually a detriment. If you must eat fruit or dairy products, then eat so in moderation. 5. Carbs are essential to your fat loss. But its dependent on which carbs youre eating. You want to eat complex carbs such as brown rice, whole wheat bread, sweet potato, etc. Try to eat much of these as possible in the mornings and lunch time and try to limit or eliminate portions at night time. The bad carbs are called simple carbs and try to avoid these unless its right before a workout or after a workout such as candy, chocolate, white rice, etc.
