My Vision of Two Railway Tracks - By Mazino Abraham Egbuwoku. I saw 2 long but separate tracks akin to railway tracks, with myriads of individual train coaches running on each track. The first track was called The World track and the second Not of this World track. I saw many professing Christians on the world track (TWT), and very few on the not of this world track (NOTWT). The TWTers were doing business by lying, cheating, stealing and worldly ways because the World had insisted that if they wanted its money, they had to compromise their covenant of holiness unto the Lord. Many were simply pursing material wealth more than obedience to God or living like Christ. Countless gospel artists, pastors, politicians, housewives and so many professing Christians were totally compromised by the World - they were esteeming earthly gains, success, pleasures and many other things above God and His Holy covenant - moving speedily on the World track. I saw few coaches representing a remnant like the few in Sardis, who were on the NOTWT. They were so particular about staining their wedding garments, about preparing for their marriage with the Lamb of God and conscious of their covenant of holiness unto the Lord. To entice, punish or mock them, the powers of the World tried to make everything difficult for them. It was tough to earn an income, to minister before the Lord as a true worshipper, pastor or business person without compromising this precious covenant of holiness which rejects covetousness or any evil way, yet in the midst of these difficulties, I noticed that the remnant in the NOTWT preferred to suffer than compromise their covenant of holiness unto the Lord and many indeed suffered. They were mostly uncelebrated by the world, ordinary and even hated by the professing Christians on TWT who were very celebrated and successful in the eyes of the world. I heard a voice - See these ones who suffer in the NOTWT, tell them to preserve my covenant of holiness with them, tell them to renew their faith and remain strong till the end, because the everlasting wonder, beauty and glory of what is awaiting them at the end of the race, cannot be captured with words of men nor human imagination. Stay on track dearly beloved remnant of the Lord, for your salvation and glory is nearer than you think. Endure hardship as a good soldier of the Holy Nation. Offer the worthy living sacrifice of your body as a faithful royal priest, for this is acceptable unto God. Revelation 3:1-6 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die:for I have not found thy works perfect before God. Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white:for they are worthy. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. Malachi 3:16-17 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
