My adventure in the middle AND I MEAN MIDDLE of a tornado...YES I SAID TORNADO...AND I WAS IN THE CENTER OF IT....I had a doctor appointment in Rockville.....I was drifting in and out of sleep from my chiropractic treatment...but my phone kept ringing...the technician came -in and took off the electrodes and said WE NEED TO LEAVE THE OFFICE AND GO RIGHT TO THE BASEMENT.,(we were on the 5th floor)..why I asked...and then I heard my doctor say...Look her it comes...and we looked out the window and saw the spinning walls of rain...the tornado was right over us.....it was one of the scariest things I have ever experienced...during all of this..which lasted 15 -min...I was texting my daughter...I was so thankful my phone was working......and I was able to send n receive messages....what a day!
