My anterior pelvic tilt totally hindered my hamstring motion, and I couldnt even curl my leg back properly for the longest time. I use the medicine ball in the 1st level to force my legs, from the knee to ankle, to stay as straight as possible, and to prevent my lower back to arch, thanks to the squeezing motion. 2nd level brings a bit more of range of motion that was a real challenge for me. The medicine ball is keeping my pelvic bone in check so I hit the proper muscles. 3rd level is totally lying down, but I remember 5yo I couldnt even lift my leg back!!! Progress requires dedication and patience.
