My apartment will be up for rent as of Nov 1st. Near 1000sq feet. 2 br with bonus room that has been named the crevasse and the likes of Gene Senn Larry Kaster and Butchie Spektor from Rumble Seat Riot have slept in it. It is the room with a rot iron ladder going up to it. The kitchen has vintage cabinets and a 1929 Chambers range completely functional. There is a work shop in the back of the building that can also be included for extra rent. Only my landlord can discuss the rent with you. He lives upstairs and he is very attentive to issues.
