My apologies - I didnt realize that me not drinking Shakeology® would cause the earth to move. If they continue Ill have to start drinking it again - LOL Seriously, I dont know that Ill last until Tuesday. I am noticing so many negative things happening and I believe its because I am not getting my daily dose of dense nutrition. Shakeology is marketed as the healthiest meal of the day. For my diet, it really is. I dont have time to make sure that I eat well everyday and its a life saver. Saves me time and energy. Its just so darn easy. I have had this dull headache for days. Im a little bloated too. I did sleep well last night, but I fell asleep a little early which I think is because I just didnt have the energy yesterday like normal. Im on Day 5 today. Ill keep you posted.
