My bday is Christmas Eve and Im planning to take the day off from work. Going out of town is out of the question, as my family has plans Christmas Day. Original plan was a day trip to Catalina, but mom nixed it. I checked into the theme parks, but not interested in a second mortgage to pay for 3 people for one day at any one of them. Can someone suggest a nice way to spend the day with Mom & Bro that wont break the bank, considering most places close early on such a special day?
