My beautiful,extremely intelligent,mathematical whiz, researcher extraordinaire, big little brother Trustee Melvin Jerome Oliver. Two of our ancestors, Rev. Dr. Marvin L. Oliver and his wife Evangelist Rosa Stewart Oliver were leaders inst in the formation of The Mt. Pisgah AME Church, as well as having the esteemed distinction of being Charter Members. Our father, the late L.L. Oliver, Jr., served as Trustee,,Usher carrying bricks to build the present edifice. We have a great history. I cherish it! My brother Melvin spent hours upon hours, days upon days, weeks upon weeks, months upon months gathering the correct data to compose a brilliant History for the Mount Pisgah AME Church. Job well done, Little Brother, job well done! I love you! Im so very proud, so very proud!
