My birthday countdown (18) NO HUMAN SUFFICES To suffice is: To be self sufficient To need nothing else Truth of the matter remains: God never designed it this way for any one! Each person has five fingers per hand Each finger has a special function Each person has five toes per leg Each toe has a special function. The pair of eyes and pair of noses The pair of ears and pair of legs The pair of hands…. What a God! There is the rich among us There is the poor among us We shall always remain so for life God designed it exactly with a purpose… There is the illiterate There is the professor There is the pastor There is the congregation There is the teacher There is the class….. How senseless the world would be If we be all illiterates or professors! If we be all pastors or teachers! There has to always be a complement To justify that no human suffices! My birthday is here this week I celebrate my understanding That there is this interdependence Among humans of all races and climes I appreciate that we need each other People have helped and still help me I have helped and still help people This I celebrate at my 61st birthday! © Engr.
