My boys have no idea whats coming ;) We actually LOVE to crank up some great music, get a great bottle of wind and just hang rather than go out. But! I dont think they know the culinary explosion thats gonna happen... Tonights menu: For a light bite: Assorted cheeses with crackers and fresh fruit, nuts. White wine - I like Pinot Grigio bc its crisp and refreshing :) The Main Course: A variety of bacon wrapped filets, grilled salmon & grilled shrimp served with roasted vegetables and homemade Alfredo over a bed of pasta ❤❤ bottle of a full bodied merlot to stand up to the flavors of the grill and cheeses :) For Dessert: Smores with recess peanut butter cups by the fire ;) Ill be making healthier choices - but I cant help but spoil my men :) perfect northern MI evening with the sun going down, stars coming out and the sound of crickets and smell of a bonfire :) grab a sweatshirt and join us?! Rod & Zane would love it!
