My brother Melvin came to my house to be with Austin while I was out of town. Melvin is still waiting to see a doctor regarding his failing liver and Hep C. He was on a wait list for 18 months and two weeks before seeing a doctor, they said his doctor took another position and he had to wait till Dec. to get in. Melvin has always taken care of others. He has worked harder than any human I have ever met. I took him shopping as a thank you for being an amazing uncle...His daughters came and helped him pick out a pair of wrangler jeans, a blue flannel shirt and a Levi coat. He has lost 40 pounds and most of what he has does not fit. He put the outfit on today and was so proud to dress up. Every day I am reinvigorated to fight poverty. Too many people have NO one and are left alone to fight that evil villain poverty. Love my brother and he like so many deserve excellent health care.
