My brother bought a brand new Yamaha Fazor recently from Robinsons in Rochdale, unfortunately had to do an emergency stop and use the front brake hard, putting the bike down, hes ok however on further investigation there was a break pad missing!!! Robinsons response after is shocking, they really dont care Robinsons really need to up there game to resolve this, it could spark a serious health and safety issue, just thought Id share this I wouldnt like anyone having a serious accident when purchasing a bike from them, when they clearly in it for profit not customer service....
