My brother told me of the 5 stages of relationships last night. We start with a honeymoon and are all lovey dovey. Then we start to see the flaws. Next we decide which attributes we can or cannot live with. And now we learn to live with the person. Finally we are so happy that we have grown old together and are still in love that we couldnt imagine living without them, with or without hair, fat, snoring and all imperfections. I wish I would have found that long ago. I could have grown old with someone and not had to figure out what I could deal with in the blink of an eye before they checked out.
