My buyer bryce taylor snatched up quick this 1950 split level built by the founder of Wink Construction. Love how what many see as a 1970s house form has earlier roots. In this case, the form has some great 1950 details you see on Ranches of the era: wood corner windows, wooden storms, casement windows, and check out the sweet space heater in the 2nd bathroom with the medicine cabinet and razor slot.
