My call on the Oromo youth is that God is expecting you to restore the lost glory of our people, and for you to mend the broken and humiliated hearts and souls. He expects each one of us to restore the dignity, prosperity and self respect of our people. Let’s create institutions where our children feel themselves and become themselves; not the identity imposed on them by our neighbors. Let’s create institutions that our children’s children up to thousand generations rely on and remember us with as they become themselves and celebrate their heritage knowing they are successors of great people and great nation.
