My chicken catch a hori 1kg chicken drum sticks 1 decent size onion 6 cloves of garlic finely chopd 1 red,green,yellow pepper for taste and colour Half kg mushrooms 6 slices bacon Half salami finely cut Can tomatoes Can chick peas 1 cup water Fry the garlic & onions in oil then add the chicken until chicken browns add water cook 15min then add the rest of the ingredients except the mushrooms and peppers cook on stove for 30mins then add the mushrooms & peppers then cook in hot oven @ 150 c for a further 15 min have with rice and njoy
