My children were discussing snakes hibernating when we went out for a walk today by the river - I said that there wouldnt be any today because theyre cold-blooded and would be asleep for the winter. P said that she had invented a word at school, and written that someone was kind-blooded. W said, Thats not a word, but a phrase, and I said, Well its technically almost a word if its hyphenated. W said, Phoebe, do you know what hyphenated means? and she said, Its what the snakes did in winter because theyre cold-blooded. An Ourobotic conversation, biting its own tail.
