My churchs FB page New Life Worship Center asked for testimonies. I posted this and wanted to share it on my page As far as testimonies go in fall 2011 I was having an ongoing allergic reaction to cortisone (yes Im allergic to cortisone, yes thats highly unusual, trust me I am allergic). It had gone on for days. I was unable to make it to church Thursday evening so I asked Billy to put me on the prayer list. I had fallen asleep and woke up at 7:35 because I felt something on my feet and legs where I was swelling up. It got better overnight. In 2012 I believe it was in February it was a fusion prayer meeting Tim asked me if I had depression which totally caught me off guard but I said yes. I gave it to Jesus. I didnt know how to do that, but my prayer warriors helped me. I was delivered from depression that night after 13 years of suffering. It has never come back. Also in 2012 in the fall I was healed of pityriasis roscia, a highly uncomfortable skin condition that I had a really bad case of. It had gone on for months getting worse and worse, but I went up for prayer and from that night it got better and was gone soon after. In 2013 in February at the prayer line Alana insisted I come up when I was too afraid too. I had actually left church and come back. I was delivered of a lifetime of anxiety. Words cannot explain what it is like to be free now. And then in June of 2013 I had a spot on my face that had been there for 2 years. It had started to change colors and textures. Thats a red flag. I got prayed for on a Sunday morning and anointed with oil. When I got home it looked smaller. A couple hours later it looked smaller again not just to me my Mom was shocked. Over the next couple days it disappeared. It didnt fall off. It literally disappeared. I wish I had taken pictures. Every year since Ive been at NLWC God has done amazing things in my life. Yes Ive been healed but even greater than that I have been saved. I have been baptized in Jesus name. I have been filled with his Spirit. I have been sanctified. I have learned the beauty of holiness. I have learned what it means to praise. I have learned what it means to worship. NLWC has changed my life and it has changed my eternity. Its a wonderful church and I wish everyone in the Dayton, Ohio area would come check it out. Feel free to share :)
