My classmates are pretty surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye is disapper. I have lost 45 lbs within one month, I never think I can change so much until I compare with the before picture. I am bothered by obesity since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 5th grade. And I have tried many diet in the past, but none fo them worked for me.
