My classmates are very surprised with my transformation. The fat guy in their eye has gone. I have lost 40 lbs within one month, I never think I can change so much until I compare with the before picture. I am annoyed by obesity since I could remember knowing what weight is, probably around 3rd grade. And I have tried lots of program before, but none fo them worked for me.
