My coach use to say that pain was just an illusion that is created by the mind itself, but Im not my coach. Pain is real whether its physical, mental or even emotional. At least thats how I see it, but the thing about pain is that it well eventually leave you. However, while the pain exist a person must have the resolve and will to endure the pain until the day comes when that person is no longer bothered by whats ailing them in the first place. Dont focus all your efforts to make the outside stronger, but the inside too. In the end, you have to find that inner strength and rise to the occasion. #tougheningup
