My coworker and I were offered some cookout food this weekend, but it came with a careless remark. I didnt think youd want any because your always on a diet this phrase lights a fire under my ass. I feel the need to come back with a vengeance. I am not on a diet nor will I ever be on a diet. What you eat every day is your diet. I choose to eat healthy therefor I criticized. I make good choices and bad choices...Im human, but thats not what people see. That one comment is almost as offensive as the other one I always get ...its hard to lose weight when youre as far as me...not that youd understand because youre skinny. OMG, nope I wouldnt have a clue??????? You dont have to be fat to struggle with weight...I just happened to figure out the magical cure...food and exercise! People should think before inserting that foot into their mouth. What are some things some people throw at you about your weight or diet that just gets under your skin?
