My current body composition. 303.6 lbs total. 55.5% fat = 168.498 lbs fat. 135.102 lbs lean weight... Need to lose 45.5% fat = 138.138 lbs fat to lose. That would put me at 165.462 lbs. Which is under the max weight requirements for the Air Force. This isnt great news. Ive slid back down the hill from where I was at my last health update. Further than Ive been before... Ideally Id get down to that 165.5 lbs. But I do intend to start working out in addition to my new juicing diet. That will mean an increase in muscle mass. 10 lbs of muscle would put me right at the limit and burn an extra pound of fat a week. I didnt really mention my diet last night. I said that Id bought a juicer after seeing that documentary, but not where I was really going with it. Im going to follow in the footsteps of Joe Cross and Phil Staples by juice fasting for 60 days. Nothing but fresh made juice for 2 months. Today is day one. Before anyone gets on my case about needing to eat something, here is my argument... I have 168.5 lbs of fat. Fat is 8.8 calories/gram. One pound is equal to 453.592 grams. I have 76,430.252 grams of fat, meaning 672,586.2176 calories stored. My BMR is approximately 2,389 calories/day... Thats completely rested, just to maintain my weight. Assuming I only burned that much every day, I have 281.535 days worth of calories stored. Almost a years worth of energy. The pizza I ate last month is still feeding me. The juice diet is primarily a sugar carb based diet that is loaded with micro nutrients. Some of the fruits and veggies do have protein (broccoli spinach, strawberries, watermelon, oranges all have protein). In addition, I plan on trying some juice with a scoop of whey protein powder too. The main thing though is that the juices will be my entire meal. One Mean Green juice serving has about 136.6 calories total. Ill probably have two servings per meal in the beginning here. At least until my stomach shrinks... So Im figuring about 819.6 calories per day. Well under my daily needs Chances are good that Ill be drinking some tea too. And I have no idea how Id actually figure out how much sugar goes into it... Thatd take forever... But Id ballpark it and say another 200 calories a day... So 1019.6= 42.7% of my daily needs... I think thats enough fitness math for today... Suffice it to say, Im doing it, and no one will stop me. So please, dont try!
