My customer called and stated he has been on the phone since 8am, spoken to 5 techs, been hung up on by 4 of em, I was the 6th tech he got. The previous techs Factory reset the modem, re-pushed wifi defaults back to the modem, power cycled the modem, they kept the customer on the phone for 25 to 35 min at a time, gets me on the phone..done in 7 minutes.... WHAMMMY BAMMM it was his wifi switch on the laptop...why the previous tech didnt even think bout that...Guess Im that good...LOL
