My dad Anthony Thomas Yumba disappeared without a trace in July 2010. We dont know what happened to him and thats the most heartbreaking thing ever. Still what really hurt were the numerous malicious rumours following his disappearance and these include: -people claiming to have seen him in Munsieville, Eldos and as far as Mozambique - He went to buy a new car at some dealership in Kdp (rolling my eyes) - That he won the Lotto (mxm) -That hes in jail (this is the worst) People can be devious and not knowing whether your loving, caring parent is dead or alive is the worst thing ever, especially when the person left his kombi (which is still standing in the garage), his Id, all his clothing etc. The only possession he took was his licenced firearm. He just disappeared into thin air. This will forever haunt our family and not a day goes by without us thinking of him. We looked everywhere for him to no avail.. Police, media, hospitals, etc Some things oka nagana di etsagala ko TV fela and as the eldest child I had to be strong for my momz, lil bro and sister. What I know is that my mom, siblings and I are closer than ever and with the support of the Hlekwanas and Yumbas we are stronger that ever. All we need is closure even if it is just remains that we can bury!! But my gut tells me hes out there somewhere! #teardrop
