My dad had Alzheimers, I saw this in all the places he was at in Texas. If you have a loved one in a home, you have to make daily visits. It doesnt matter how much you pay, they are ALL the same. There are good nurses but in one good, there are 5 bad. Every day I would see a worker jamming food in someones mouth so fast, I would grab the spoon and tell them I would do it. When I was there I saw bad stuff all the time. This video is how it is everywhere, Ive been to many homes. They are left in chairs rotting in their soiled diaper, no one talks to them. They act like they care about your loved one when you visit..as soon as you leave they are left alone for hours . On the outside its a pretty building, beauty shop, nice food. You go everyday, you will see most of the time its cold sandwiches. You have to go everyday, or this happens to them. No one can tell me different, I volunteered in them, my dad was in 4 different homes. They are ALL the same. No one talks about this, Im glad everyone can see this. If you complain, that person will not get fired, its to hard to find help. I just did it all myself, I didnt want my dad treated like this. And while I was there, I helped all I could the others that were there, hoping when I wasnt there, someone helped my dad.
