My dad had a dr appt today near Nashville and here are the stories of the day after being with 2 11-year-old girls: 1. They passed a dead deer on the road with several buzzards having lunch. Apparently, Alana had never witnessed such a thing and totally freaked out over those "big black birds." 2. She got to see many Amish horse buggies going down the road and she thought that was really neat. .... As I was talking with Alana about seeing the Amish at supper, Leah says, "Hey, Granddad ... we always see the same Amish guy at Wal-Mart. You know, the one with the beard and the glasses." My dad & I just looked at each other and lost it! They are so funny!
