My daily RANT: I am getting tired of the lack of customer service when I go to stores! Is it to much to ask to just say something to me? It seems the trend is to ignore the customer and talk to your co-worker about your night or problems at work or even just texting / playing games on your cell phone. I had to actually wake up a clerk Wednesday afternoon so she could help customers. The way I see it is – if you do not appreciate me coming in to your store to spend MY money then I will start shopping somewhere else! This problem is everywhere! C-stores, grocery stores, doctor’s offices etc…. Thanks for listening Sincerely John
