My daughter, Nicole, has invited me to participate in a new tradition. She is calling it Cookie Cutter Christmas. Doesnt that sound like fun! Already the name makes it feel like a tradition. We get to make cookies, exchange them to build plates of goodies for our neighbors, friends, and co-workers. My challenge this year will be to think of a way to make at least one plate of healthy cookies. Most people go all out with the sugar, butter, and flour during the holidays and I will certainly be making fudge to add to my plates, but if you have a recipe for healthy candy or cookies please send them my way. Ill make three of them and post my opinion and the opinions my daughters. Happy Baking!!
