My daughter was introduced to this recipe about 6 yrs by her GEMS counselors. They are fabulous cooks, thanks Joan n Laura ;) I dont make it often because well, if eaten too much will probably clog the arteries! And NO.... (If youre wondering, does she cook like this all the time?) definitely not, last night was frozen pizza lol! Any way heres a lot of pictures. I made a double batch. I wanted to send some back to college for my daughter and her roommate and also have enough to run some over to a friend who had surgery this week. I didnt have a big enough pan to do everything at once so I did it the most efficient way I could. It worked, everybody was happy. And Im happy that I wont be cooking tomorrow night! Yay for Wednesday night football games :) If any of you are interested in the copy cat Olive Garden Salad and Swiss Cheese French Bread recipes (the bread recipe comes from another fabulous cook June!) Ill post another time, tonight its time to call it quits n relax :)
