My day: roughly every five minutes my attention was pulled away from whatever I was doing by something else I was hearing, seeing, being asked, trying to remember, trying to find. I wonder if it is possible to develop ADD by continual practice. Of course, it turns out feeling like whack-a-mole: I try to anticipate everything that will interrupt me by treating everything around me as if it is on fire and begging immediate attention. Must. Breathe. Deeply.
