My dear FITNESS experts friends I have a question. What will be better? To do a more high intensity workout using mostly your own body weight in which you have drills of jump squats, lunges, push ups and a little bit of free weights mixed in. Or a workout using more of the gym machines like leg extensions, pull downs and free weights concentrating more on a specific muscle rather than multi muscles at the same time? My goal is to gain back my strength, stamina and LOOSE WEIGHT. I already do Zumba 3X a week as my cardio. I also do intermediate level yoga 2x a week.
