My dear brothers and sisters of dei council in Port Moresby, other parts of Mount Hagen and also other parts of Papua New Guinea. This is very saden to inform you all that we are loosing a very important leader of western Highlands and Dei council. He was a men of talk with action. He made things happen and he was the former president of Dei council when two sub-district were not seperated and he is Mr. KUMIN DEI of weli tribes man.we also extending this message to people in overseas that this an untimely death of our leader of Dei council. life is given and taken by GOD the creator but when God created men fearfuly and wounderfully, he created man for a very special reason to rule and manage this planet resource and leave behind legacy. i believe Late KUMIN DEI under his leadership left great legacy for the people of Dei since he served as a president. whatever the leadership legacy he left behind shall be rememberd by his weli tribes man and all sixty thousand population of Dei council. He was very strong man during that time, that he can be able to manhandle the other fellow councilors and won the president seat. we the total of 121 Dei council registered student at UPNG verbally and publically convey this condolence message to the immediate family of late KUMIN DEI, the weli tribes man and sorrounding Tepoka tribes man, the blood relateds and the lots sixty thousand population of Dei council. our heart is also cool but its behond the curtain of human controll so we pray that his soul may rest in peace.
