My dear fb family & friends, I just wanted to give a quick update on my scan results and next step in my battle. All was clear in my internal organs and this past chemo treatment cleared the spots on my afflicted bones due to my bc metastasis of the bone. An older area that had been dormant for a while in my rib lit up which indicates activity. I may be dealing with a different type of cell in which this past chemo wasnt so effective. Therefore I begin a new regimen today for an 8 week total. It will be once a week for 3 consecutive weeks and one off. I am very hopeful and optimistic that this plan will get me to my goal. I trust my physician whole heartily and he has always lead me in the path to wellness. Please keep me in your prayers. I write these details of my personal life to let you all know that sometimes you have to face your fears ,never give up, life is precious and I want to be with my loved ones as long as my physical body can hold on. I know a tremendous amount of people who are undergoing challenging health conditions and other hardships life throws at us. Its not easy, its quite frightening, some have support others dont. No matter what the situation, your life and all who you cherish in your life deserve your full effort and strength to go forth with courage and never giving up. A sincere thanks to everyone who has given me their support, extended well wishes and love. These are precious gestures that will never be forgotten. They truly make a big difference in my life.
