My dear friends: Please raise children that are a joy to be around, both at school and at home. Thus, when the umpteenth snow day is announced, you will be thrilled to be home with your delightful children, rather than pissed off that you have to spend one more day with them than is absolutely necessary. Make this a priority; it is THAT important. It breaks my heart to hear parents complain about having to spend time with their children.... and, I know that it would have broken my heart as a child to ever hear my mom say that she didnt want me to be home with her. Choose joy.
