My dear friends .. Yesterday I celebrated the Pentecost at St. Andrews Cathedral in Singapore . I felt as if I am living the 1st Pentecost . Every Sunday they have here 17 services in 9 languages ( tongues ! ) . 1st service starts at 7am and the last at 7pm. The people come before and wait for the previous meeting to end ! I saw an amazing mixture of awe and joy, ordered liturgical worship and the clear presence of the spirit . The number of members are on a constant rise . Discipleship programs dont stop. In the same way the spirit moved the early Christians to witness in Jerusalem, Samaria, Asia Minor and Macedonia , He did the same with the members of this Cathedral who went to witness in Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia , Laos, Nepal and Indonesia . Indeed ... The Holy Spirit work does not end in church meetings but push us from our comfort zones to places where there is needs for hearing the good news in Jesus Christ.
