My dear friends once again I am in desperate need of your help. This is an EMERGENCY APPEAL to all of you out there. Below are images of a family that are in dire need of financial support in Gaza. These images have not randomly been selected from the internet however, have been sent by the mother who came to Jordan several months ago for life saving treatment after her home was hit by a rocket whilst they slept. Hala was 7 months pregnant at the time and her injuries were so severe that it was touch and go for 10 days after surgery was carried out. She has been through hell and has still not fully recovered from her injuries yet, all she has is limited food (beans) to feed herself and her family and a makeshift shelter she has set up. This family is clearly in need of support and I am pleading with you all to help support her by donating as little or as much as you can. We need around $400 (£253) to provide food and shelter for this family for a month. Ideally, it would be great to sponsor food & shelter throughout the whole of winter which is $1,600 (£1,012). Please please dig deep and help this family. The cold is unbearable for us at the best of times yet winter clothes, heating, shelter, food and everything we need to stay warm and healthy is available to us. Hala and her children are not blessed with such a life, they are cold, hungry and they feel so alone. Together we can change this.
