My dearest friend of 30 years Melissa has had her son kidnapped in Puerto Vallarta, Diego Henandez was kidnapped a month ago, on May 8th. He and a friend were seen being apprehended by municiple police in Puerto Vallarta, where they are both residents. Yet they are not in jail and there is no record of them being arrested. The police have tampered with, lost and failed to recover important evidence. We need the Canadian government to exercise some presure on the Mexican government in order for this case and others solved. Please if you have the time sign the petition and restore this family well being as I know if it were my child I would be climbing a tree right now with concerns to their well being
