My dog ate my homework, the proverbial excuse for failing to hand in a homework assignment. Well, it does happen. Today, while I was attending a community event, I left our two little terriers at home. We often call them the terrorists because they are busy and sometimes get into trouble. Today, the pup got into trouble. She ate part of my completed nomination package!! I arrived home to find bits on the floor and the package scattered with partly eaten corners. I think I was able to salvage the important pages, trimmed them with scissors and now hope that our Chief Electoral Officer will accept them. If not, its off to the municipality for replacement pages. Is this a sign??
