My dogs are good dogs. When they are with me. One of my dogs is a bit different. Hes still a good dog and hes my best friend. But he has been through stuff strangers dont know. He has physical issues that strangers will not see. PLEASE people, when you want to interact with a beautiful creature, that looks on the outside to be jaw droppingly calm and sensible... PLEASE still listen to the owner. PLEASE to follow their advice if they say its ok. Dont assume you know all dogs dont assume the dog is the same as the many others you have petted before. When an owner allows you to touch their dog, giving very clear instructions on how to... Listen to them. When an owner tries to stop you or warn you three times that you are approaching wrongly or offending their dog... LISTEN... Why would you want to force a dog into reacting when its best friend (its owner) has already told you how to interact but you thought you knew best???? You upset my dog. After all I told you. You SCARED my dog when I begged you not to. You forced my dog to react because you knew best. Today you were lucky. An air snap that missed your face because even though you pushed him to the max... Was still controlled (a testimony to the fact he STILL didnt want to hurt you) next time he will bare a grudge. :( Next time you come across a good dog, that is very sensitive? Please listen to his human. We dont sprout this stuff for nothing :/ x
