My dream last night told me that every moment is perfect as is, even the slow and mundane moments, even the moments that seem challenging or stressful, even the times when you are wanting more or something different. When we look at those times, often we cherish the moments we never thought wed even remember, the quiet moments, the space in between, the sweet times we spend doing nothing in particular with the ones we adore, the times of just being. In my dream, after reflecting on old memories and realizing I had suffered through much of life, even the fun parts by not being completely present, I had the opportunity and ability to look up into the present moment and soak up a seemingly mundane moment and realize that I would truly never get that moment back. As a result of all my musings, it was literally a shift from not being completely satisfied with life to being so incredibly grateful and in awe of the moment I was in that my whole being was tingling with JOY!
