My duplex was flooded last Friday, hundreds if not thousands of liters of water escaping all day from a bathroom cistern upstairs going through the concrete slab straight onto my bed & into spare room. It was basically raining inside. Bed ruined, clothes, rugs, fortunately the guitars were saved. I was seriously despondent about all this and then I read this article this morning and just shook my head in disbelief telling myself to just get on with it.
