My eating fell from 80/20 to 60/40 over the last few days. I can blame the move; rendering exhaustion, being disorganized, and poor planning, but ultimately, I can dig my own grave with my own knife and fork, so to speak, just like anyone else. I havent gained any weight, and wouldnt expect to, being Ive still been so active, but I feel sluggish and my face is broken out from too much refined sugar. A 50:00 10k felt like it took the effort of a 48:00 10k. (Which is a huge difference for me.) So. Monday: Im ready for you. Im gonna get you going right with some poached eggs, and a smoothie. And Im trying out a new, clean recipe (when I create it, Ill share, ha!) for dinner tonight. And I know how to redirect. How to clean it up. And not allow myself to fall into poor habits. #behumanbecausethatswhatyouare
