My email to a teacher who told my child a Dog cant do alot so you cant write about them. My child got an incomplete resulting in an F because she had to erase her work and start over and write about a HUMAN, making her paper turned in late>>>> Dear Ms___, did Robyns Who poem ever even get graded in any form? I know she originally wrote about her favorite friend, our dog Aggie who was a rescue, blind and overcame many obstacles. Aggie died a few weeks ago, Robyn was with her when it happened. Witnessing Aggie crying in pain and terror, Robyn tried to comfort her to the end. Aggies Page https://facebook/AggieAbrams She said she had to hand in the Poem project late because you said she couldnt really write a lot about a dog. When in actuality Robyn has always seen animals as BEINGS and notices more about them than most. Seeking your approval, she erased the poem about Aggie and started over writing about her friend Dom. I really wish she hadnt erased her Aggie poem. But I am more concerned about her homework grade. I dont want to squash her happy go lucky attitude, or her honesty and caring for ALL beings, it is who she is, but I dont want her to fail due to lack of homework completions either.
