My ex-wife Lorna Murphy received in the property settlement the House, all furniture, Together we bought2 new cars, one was purchased compleat without debt the other had debt, I took the car with the debt. She was allowed to keep her superannuation intact I received my military pension and my superannuation. I never received my superannuation from Lorna, my pension was taken off me by the Child Support Agency and given to her. In reality she has received everything and demanding Child Support abusing the law. As I have said before I have never had my children for a holiday or a weekend. On top of this I received a $15000 bill from the child Support agency because they see my pension as a wage not property. This is not fair and criminal I believe My superannuation was used for house renovations and purchasing that car. I never received my superannuation from Lorna. I like my children are victims of this evil.
