My experience as COMELEC-Designate Commissioner of the Barangay Councilors League of the Philippines of Davao City Chapter-1st District last Aug.9,2014 was an instructional experience on how to handle aggressive assertions from party with interests. At the end, divergent positions were agreed to a compromise and my task was accomplished as the election proceedings went orderly. Congratulations to the winners who were elected members of the 15 Board of Directors. Thank you to the appointed members of the COMELEC-Designate who helped me hurdle the tasks. Thank you to the former Board who trusted my capability and appointed me Commissioner thru a resolution. May the electoral exercise will be a cause to strengthen the BCLP Davao City chapter thru the support of the Hon. Mayor Rody Duterte !
